David Quigg Obituary

David N. Quigg, 67, of Pottstown, passed away, surrounded by family, on Friday, October 17th 2025 in the Pottstown Hospital. He was born in Pottstown to the late Allen C. and M. Arlene (Clouser) Quigg. Dave was a spring Ford high school graduate and worked as an operations and account manager at Allentown Refrigeration. He was an active member at the Lower Pottsgrove Sportsman Association where he frequented with his best pal Jack Jeffers. Dave was the webmaster of Blue Cottage Taekwon-Do which is a global and influential website. This is where he cemented his reputation and legacy in the martial arts. The black belts, Masters and Grandmasters from all over the world would contact him and thank him for providing a training resource for all Taekwon-Do people. He himself has achieved the level of 5th degree blackbelt. Dave will be remembered by them as a leader, wingman and warrior. He is survived by his children Eric M. Quigg and wife Sheila of Ypsilanti MI, Stephanie Quigg, Whitehall and a granddaughter, Kylie Moretti. Also, a sister Donna J. (Quigg) Jones, Pottstown and three nieces, one nephew, six grand nephews, three grand nieces and his beloved dog Bailey. He was preceded in death by a brother, Donald Allen Quigg and a son Brian S. Quigg. Services will be held privately. Memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society and/or the Lower Pottsgrove Sportsman Association. Arrangements are being handled by the Cattermole - Klotzbach Funeral Home. Condolences may be offered online at www.RoyersfordFuneralHome.com.
