Deborah Hill Obituary

Deborah "Deb" Hill, age 72, of Easton, PA, passed away peacefully on June 17, 2025, at Lehigh Valley Hospital–Muhlenberg. Born on July 26, 1952, in Wilkes-Barre, PA, Deb was the daughter of the late Jay and Valerie Griffith and the beloved sister of the late Edward L. Griffith. She spent her life as a loving wife, mother, and friend, whose kindness, generosity, and warm smile left an impression on everyone she met. Deb was married to her devoted husband, William S. Hill, and together they raised their son, William J. Hill, who was blessed to be supported by his mother's wisdom and love. Deb is also survived by her son's fiancée, Amy Wasilewski, who was like a daughter to her. Throughout her life, Deb worked at both Lucien Company and Wegmans, where she developed many cherished friendships. Her dedication to her work and her cheerful spirit will be remembered by all who had the pleasure of working alongside her. The family has requested a private service to honor her life, after which she will be interred in Northampton Memorial Shrine. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to a charity of your choice in her memory. Deb's memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. She was a woman of warmth, strength, and unwavering love, and she will be deeply missed. To send flowers to the family or plant a tree in memory of Deborah Hill, please visit our floral store.
