Eileen Ehrlacher Obituary

Eileen Ann Ehrlacher, 85, of Allentown passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 7, 2025, with her husband Ed at her side. Born in 1939 in Allentown, Eileen was the daughter of the late Alex and Frances (Rodino) Gallo. She was the wife of Edward Ehrlacher, with whom she shared 61 years of marriage. Eileen worked for the former Bell Telephone Company. Later, she was a long-time salesperson for Art & Frame Shop. Eileen was a devout Catholic and a member of St. Thomas More Roman Catholic Church. She enjoyed trips to Atlantic City and Las Vegas with her family and friends. Above all, Eileen cherished being a grandmother and loved spending time with her grandchildren and attending their many activities. In addition to her husband Ed, Eileen is survived by her children, Ed Ehrlacher (Kersten Forsthoefel), and Greg Ehrlacher (Laura Atwater), and four grandchildren, Annika, Alex, Anna, and Jack Ehrlacher. She was predeceased by her sister, Mary Gallo. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, June 12, 2025, at St. Thomas More R.C.C., 1040 Flexer Ave. Allentown, PA 18103, at 11:00 AM. A viewing will be held from 10:00-11:00 prior to mass. Stephens Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements. In lieu of flowers, please consider a memorial contribution to the charity of your choice in Eileen's honor.
