Elaine M. Hart, 84, of Easton, passed away peacefully while surrounded by her loving family on Friday, June 6, 2025 at Abington Manor at Morgan Hill in Easton. She was the beloved wife of the late Raymond K. Hart II to whom she was married 60 years before his passing in 2019.
Born on Januray 7, 1941 in Wilson Boro, Elaine was the daughter of the late Michael and Mary (Luciw) Hrymack.
Elaine was a proud graduate of the Class of 1958 at Wilson High School. Her commitment to her family was evident throughout her life as she dedicated herself to being a loving homemaker. She was a member and served as the Financial Secretary at the 1st Lutheran Church in Stewartsville, NJ, and was a cherished member of the Altar Guild, reflecting her deep faith and active involvement in her church community.
Elaine and her husband took great pride in fostering over 70 children over the years through Children and Youth of Northampton County.
Elaine found joy in crocheting, working on puzzles and scrapbooking. Her passion for these creative pursuits brought happiness not only to herself but also to those around her, as she often shared her creations with her loved ones.
Elaine is survived by her children, Jeffrey Hart (Cheryl) of Palmer Twp., Susan Edwards (Bill) of Wahington, NJ, Linda Leh (Terry) of Palmer Twp., Harry Frantz of Stroudsburg; nine grandchildren, Kristin, Bryan, Jennifer, Julie, Andrew, Shawn, Tara, Zachary, and Billy; 22 great-grandchildren; brother George Hrymack as well as many nieces and nephews and extended family members. She was predeceased by her siblings, Olga Mattes, Joseph Hrymack, and Eugene Hrymack.
