Gary Buss Obituary
Gary Chester Buss, 60, of Nazareth, passed away peacefully while surrounded by his loving family on Saturday, August 10, 2024 at St. Luke's Hospital - Anderson Campus. Born in Fountain Hill, Gary was a son of the late Elton and Kitty Ann Buss (Faust). He graduated from Nazareth High School. Gary was employed as a welder/mechanic.
Gary was known for his lively spirit and one-of-a-kind personality, Gary found joy in fishing, spending time with his grandchildren, and working on various projects, always tinkering with something new.
He will be missed by his children: Jake Buss (Jamie Smith) of Nazareth, Tasha Buss (Scott Bauder) of Nazareth; grandchildren: Brylee, Jake Jr., Lillian, James, Jaxson, Conner, Colton and Weston; siblings: Sandy Newhard and her husband Dennis of Nazareth; Elton "Butch" Buss and wife Kelly of Nazareth; nieces & nephews. Gary was predeceased by a sister: Gail Nikles.
A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, August 14, 2024 at 11 AM in the GEORGE G. BENSING FUNERAL HOME, LLC, 2165 Community Drive Rt. 946, Bath, 18014. Friends and Relatives are invited to call from 10 AM until the time of the service. Online expressions of sympathy may be recorded at: bensingfuneralhome.net.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be offered to the funeral home to help defray funeral expenses.
