Irvin Ojea Obituary

Irvin Ojea, 64, of Reading, passed away peacefully Wednesday, May 21st at Tower Health Reading Hospital, West Reading. Irvin was born in Reading on August 31, 1960, a son of the last Carmen (Ortiz) and Ricardo E. Ojea. He worked as a Roofer and enjoyed time with friends and family. He loved Nascar Racing and was a Baltimore Ravens fan. Irvin is survived by his life partner, Joann Lakatos, his daughter Josette Garcia, of Hamburg; three sons Joseph Garcia, of Reading, Jared Garcia, of Reading, John Garcia, of Reading; six brothers Enrique Ojea, Antonio Ojea, George Ojea, Nelson Ojea, Ricardo Ojea, Jr., Dale Ojea and a sister Evelyn Ojea of Baltimore, Maryland. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Peter and Joselyn Garcia as well as other nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother, Angel Ojea. Services are open to family and friends. Viewing Friday, May 30, 2025 – 1:00 pm to 3:00 p at Feeney Funeral Home, Inc. Religious Serice at 3 Pm.
