Isabel was a nurturing mother to her children, Raquel Garriga and her wife Heather of Allentown, and William Garriga Jr. and his wife Sarah of Bethlehem. Her role as a grandmother to her grandchildren, Isaiah, Emma, Gabrielle, Olivia, and Aria, was one she embraced with immense joy and pride.
In addition to her husband, mother, children, and grandchildren, Isabel is also survived by her siblings, who each held a special place in her heart: William Flores and his wife Nubia of Florida, Paul Flores and his wife Karen of Florida, Samuel Flores of Florida, Gloria Cordero and her husband Billy of Nazareth, Milagros Strunk and her husband Miles of Bethlehem, Angel Flores and his wife Iris of Philadelphia, and Nancy and her husband Brian Kelly of Florida.
