I remember being on the trampoline with Jake, he's jumping high, I'm falling over and we're both just cracking up, lol. He was always such a kind, sweet, caring and loving young man. Jake you will be missed by many. Keep watch over your family as I know you will. Love you. RIP. God has truly gained another angel
