Jane Marie Ahner

Jane Marie Ahner, 83, of Lehighton, PA, passed away on Thursday, October 9, 2025, at St. Luke's Hospital - Carbon Campus, Lehighton. Born in Franklin Township, she was the daughter of the late Jacob and Emma (Strohl) Kreiser, and wife of the late Melvin C. Ahner, who died on April 25, 2017. Jane was a presser for various textile mills in the Palmerton area, for many years before retiring. Survivors: She is survived by son, Keith C. and wife Vera E. Ahner of Palmerton. Brother, Truman Kreiser of Lehighton, nine grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by sons, Rodney A. Ahner, and Dennis N. Ahner, a brother, Delroy Kreiser, sister, Nancy Kreiser, and one grandson and one great-granddaughter. Services: Private and at the convenience of the family.
