Janet M. Brangan

Janet M. Brangan, age 76 of Effort, PA passed away surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at her home.
Janet was the loving wife of John Brangan. They celebrated their 55th Wedding Anniversary on June 13th.
She was born in Brooklyn, NY on September 25, 1949, daughter of the late John and Marion (Brunsterman) DiNorcia.
We have been blessed with the presence of Janet in our lives. She will be deeply missed by her husband: John Brangan of Effort, PA, her children: John A. Brangan and spouse Alecia of Dracut, MA and Dorothy Grefe of Effort, PA.
She was the loving grandmother to: Emma Brangan, Jack Brangan, Vincent Brangan, Cody Grefe, Denise Grefe, Ethan Grefe and great grandmother to: Brett Paul-Brangan and Mateo Grefe.
She is also survived by one niece and one nephew.
Janet was preceded in death by her brother: John DiNorcia and her son-in-law: Jeff Grefe.
Funeral services will be held 5 PM, Saturday, December 13, 2025, at Gower Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 1426 Route 209, Gilbert, PA.
Family and friends are welcome to offer condolences on Saturday, December 13th from 3 pm until time of service at the funeral home.
Interment is private and at the convenience of the family.
