Jerry G. Krouse, 81, of Nazareth, passed away peacefully while surrounded by his loving family on Friday, May 30, 2025 at his residence. He was the beloved husband of JoAnn Krouse (Malozzi) to whom he was married to for 60 years. Born in Hazleton, Jerry was a son of the late Henry and Anna Krouse (Sowa).
Jerry proudly served his country as a member of the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam War. He worked as a mobile equipment foreman for the former Atlas Cement Co. (Essroc) in Nazareth, for more than 30 years.
Jerry's life was characterized by his passion for building and creation. He cherished the joy of constructing things to enhance the lives of those around him, including participating in the builds of his beloved son’s and daughter’s homes. His hands and heart were always engaged in activities that brought happiness to his family, and he found great fulfillment in spending time with them, providing love and support whenever needed.
In addition to his wife, he will be lovingly remembered by his children: Lori Easterday (Gary) of Nazareth and Jerry J. Krouse (Louise) of Nazareth; grandchildren: Chelsea, Evan and Avery; great-granddaughter: Caroline; brother: Henry Krouse of Catasauqua. Jerry was predeceased by his grandson, Brenton.
