Jody Reppert Obituary

Jody Reppert, a beloved mother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on September 24, 2025, at the age of 75, surrounded by love. Born on May 29, 1950, in Easton, Pennsylvania, Jody filled the lives of those around her with warmth, kindness, and unwavering love. The daughter of the late Richard Rader and Dorothy Apple, Jody grew up in Easton, where she attended Easton High School. She was a loving sister to Laurel Rowe and her husband, Bill, and her family was the heart of her world. Jody dedicated much of her career to public service, beginning as an administrator for United Way, where she advanced community welfare. In 1992, she was appointed Business Manager for Bethlehem City Hall's Parks and Public Property, serving with distinction for over 22 years. Her tireless dedication transformed countless lives and helped make Bethlehem the beautiful city it is today. After retiring in 2014, Jody devoted herself fully to her family, pouring her boundless love into those closest to her. Jody shared a deep bond with her late spouse, Art Reppert. Their life together was filled with laughter, adventure, and mutual support. Though Art passed before her, their connection remained a source of strength and inspiration for Jody. Jody's daughter, Lindsay Reppert, was the center of her world, and the two were inseparable, sharing an unbreakable bond filled with love and devotion. With her gentle wisdom, ready ear, and comforting presence, she had a remarkable gift for making everyone feel loved and valued. Whether offering guidance to a struggling friend, welcoming neighbors into her home, or mentoring young people in her community, Jody's maternal warmth left an indelible mark on all who knew her. Jody found joy in life's simple pleasures. She was an avid gardener, coaxing beauty from the earth with her vibrant flowerbeds. The beach was her haven, where she delighted in the sun and the soothing sound of waves. Her love for travel led her to the shores of New Jersey and the vibrant destinations of Mexico and Cancun, where she created treasured memories. Jody's legacy is one of love, compassion, and community. Her radiant spirit and generous heart will live on in the lives she touched and the memories she created. As we bid farewell to Jody Reppert, we honor a life beautifully lived and a legacy that will forever bloom in our hearts. Services: A funeral service is scheduled for Wednesday, October 1st at 11 AM at Cantelmi Long Funeral Home, 500 Linden St., Bethlehem, PA.
