I use to take care of Joels dad at Berks Heim. Joel loved his father. HE would always thank the staff for taking such good care of his dad. He was so appreciative and such a loving son,and friend. I seen him at the Jim Dietrich park walking. Me n my daughter were walking n he seen me and yelled my name. He stopped and talked to me and my daughter, cause that was the kind of guy he was. I know he is with his dad for sure. RIP JOEL you will be sorely missed. I send my condolences to Joel's wife, his children n grandkids that he loved so so much. May god watch over you All.
