Kenneth Harrison Obituary

Kenneth G. Harrison, Jr., 61, of West Easton, PA, passed away Thursday, April 10, 2025, in St. Luke's Hospital-Anderson Campus. Born August 25, 1963, in Easton, PA, he was the son of the late Kenneth G. Harrison, Sr. and Ann (Guffy) Harrison. He and his wife, Wendy (Stahl) Harrison, celebrated their 34th wedding anniversary on November 10, 2024. Ken graduated from Wilson High School, Class of 1981. He served with the US Navy. He was employed by East Penn Manufacturing, Kutztown. Previously, he had been employed by Victaulic and worked as a bartender for Avona Volunteer Fire Company. Ken loved spending time with his family, they were his world. He enjoyed camping at Camp Charles, where he made lifelong friendships. Ken was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan. He was a life member of Avona Volunteer Fire Company and a member of Palmer Township Fire Company. Surviving in addition to his loving wife, Wendy, are his sons, Kenneth G. Harrison III, of Wind Gap and Kevin J. Harrison, of West Easton; a brother, Michael J. Harrison and his wife Evelyn, of Wilson Borough; nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at 5pm Wednesday, April 16th in the Strunk Funeral Home, Inc., 2101 Northampton Street, Wilson Borough. Call Wednesday 4-5pm in the funeral home. Prayers and Peace be with the family and know Big Poppy (Kenny) is with our Heavenly Father now. He is missed at work and we think of him often. Many memories on the finish line. He will be missed by many. I will never forget him telling me his wife was his best friend and stories of camping trips he loved so much. Rest in peace our friend.
