Lisa Graham Obituary

Obituary of Lisa Marie Graham Lisa Marie Graham, age 61, of Wayne, PA passed away on Wednesday, December 25, 2024. She was born in Philadelphia, PA on March 15, 1963, the daughter of the late Robert and Marie (Mulholland) Szczesny. She was preceded in death by her stepmother, Irene (Haraburda) Szczesny. Lisa was rasied in Lafayette Hill and lived in Perkiomenville before moving to Wayne, PA, where she has resided for 20 years. She was a true animal lover of domestic pets and wildlife alike. She enjoyed gardening and spending time outdoors as well as cooking. Lisa is survived by her daughter, Marie Graham; son, Thomas Graham, Jr.; sister, Mary Ann (Frank) Daulerio; and loving companion of 20 years, John Scott. She is also survived by two grandchildren, Oliver and Nora Poot; as well as nephew, Francis Daulerio. Her Funeral Service will be held on Monday, December 30, 2024 at 10:30 AM from Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 300 Fayette Street, Conshohocken, PA 19428 with Fr. George Szparagowski officiating. Relatives and friends are invited to the visitation on Monday morning from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Funeral Home. Interment will take place in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Wyndmoor, PA. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Lisa's name to LaMancha Animal Rescue at Arrangements by Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 300 Fayette Street, Conshohocken, PA, (610) 828-0330.
