Margaret Sedlock Obituary

Margaret E. Sedlock, 99, of Allentown, died on July 11, 2025 in Lehigh Commons, Macungie. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late John and Anna (Sedlock) Sedlock. Margaret was an executive secretary for many years at the Allentown Morning Call and later worked in the letters to the editor department until retiring. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Allentown. She is survived by Nieces: Barbara Hope and Margaret Gibbs and Great Nieces and Great Nephews. She was predeceased by Brothers: John, Joseph and Paul. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 15, 2025 at 1:30 P.M. at the J.S. Burkholder Funeral Home, 16th and Hamilton Sts. Allentown. A calling hour will be held on Tuesday from 12:30 P.M. to 1:30 P.M. in the funeral home. Interment: Fairview Cemetery, Allentown.

She lived in the apartment next to us here at the Commons.. we had hopes of celebrating her 100th with her, butGOD had a different plan..Rest in Peace, Margaret..lovingly, Marlene and Ron Shoemaker
