Marietta B. Love

Marietta B. (Borger) Love, 76, of Lehighton, passed away Monday, September 1, 2025, at Lehigh Valley Hospital – Cedar Crest, Allentown. She was the wife of Arling L. Love. Born in Walnutport, February 25, 1949, Marietta was the daughter of the late Claude and Naomi (Strausser) Borger. She was a technician at OraSure Technologies in Bethlehem for 15 years before retiring. Prior to that, Marietta worked in various textile mills in the Lehigh Valley. She was a member of Hope Lutheran Church, Cherryville. Survivors: In addition to her husband, Arling; siblings, Brenda Borger (Teresa) of North Whitehall Township, Ray Borger (Susie) and Melvin Borger both of Whitehall; grandchildren Ashley N. Exner (Brian) of Lehighton, Nicholas Hartzell of Texas; great-granddaughter, Olivia; beloved canine, Butchie; predeceased by a brother, Claude Borger and a sister, Sharon Ross.
