Mary Huff Obituary

After a century of life, laughter, and love, Mary L. Huff, 100, of Bethlehem, passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at Riverton Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center - Allentown. She was the beloved wife of the late Byron Huff to whom she was married to for 61 years before his passing in 2005. Born in Middaugh, PA, Mary was a daughter of the late Fred and Grace Fuls (Dillman).

Mary enjoyed a life filled with creativity and simple pleasures. She loved crocheting, knitting, tending to her garden, and fishing with her husband during their trips to Canada.

Throughout her life, Mary was a dedicated and hardworking woman. She was employed at Magnetic Windings in Easton, worked as a sales clerk at the former Sears on 7th Street in Allentown, and later served as a bank teller at First Valley Bank in Bethlehem. She also worked in the cafeteria of the Bethlehem School District. In addition to her employment, Mary was an Avon Lady, sold Shaklee products, and represented the former Home Interiors and Gifts. Above all, she was a devoted homemaker who took great pride in raising four beautiful children.

Mary was a member of St. Stephen's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Bethlehem and an active participant in the Red Hat Society, where she cherished the friendship and camaraderie of her fellow members.

She will be dearly missed by her children: Dennis B. Huff, Sr. (Bonnie Ruth) of Myrtle Beach, SC, Terry A. Huff (Vanessa Bauman Vercusky) of Kunkletown, Jeffrey T. of Bethlehem; a daughter: Lauri A. Follweiler (Grant) of Allentown; grandchildren: Dennis, Jr., Amy, Michelle, Flori, Teresa, Cassandra, Lisa, Ian, Skyler, Dana and Brandon; great-grandchildren: Ashley, Jared, Kaitlyn, Denali, Dre'Lyn, Brianne, Andrew, Jamison, Keagan, Christian, Ayden, Stella and James; great-great grandchildren: Andrew, Melanie and Xander; sister: Linda Caponigro of Roseto; along with many nieces and nephews. Mary was predeceased by daughter-in-laws: Debra Huff and Beth Huff; siblings: Lorretta Snyder, Kenneth Fuls, Carl Fuls, Norman Fuls and Charles Fuls; brother-in-law: John Caponigro.
