Nancy Cacciatore-Huber Obituary
Nancy Cacciatore-Huber, a cherished wife, sister, aunt, and friend, passed away on August 9, 2025, at the age of 73 in Knoxville, TN. Born on February 12, 1952, in Fountain Hill, she was a beacon of love and joy to all who knew her. Nancy's radiant spirit and kind heart will be deeply missed by many.
Nancy spent over 35 years in a loving marriage with her husband, David Huber. Together, they built a life filled with laughter, warmth, and mutual support. Nancy was the heart of her family, a family that included her late parents, Anthony "Tony" and Margaret M. (Baca) Cacciatore. She was a sister to Sally Burg, Mark Cacciatore and his wife Joyce, Richard Cacciatore, Gary Cacciatore and his wife Kathy, and Anthony "Buddy" Cacciatore, Jr. Her life was further enriched by her role as a loving aunt to her many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews, as well as a sister-in-law to Beron Huber and Curtis Huber. Each family member benefited from her boundless love and wisdom.
A proud graduate of Bethlehem Catholic High School, class of 1970, Nancy carried with her the values of hard work and dedication throughout her life. She furthered her education by earning a bachelor's degree of science from DeSales University.
Professionally, Nancy was a respected Field Representative at The Joint Commission for over three decades. Her passion for her work was evident in her faithful service and the extensive travel her job entailed. Nancy's colleagues respected her for her integrity and commitment to excellence in the field of healthcare.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Nancy was known for her love of cooking and her green thumb. Her home was always filled with the aroma of delicious meals and surrounded by the beauty of well-tended plants. She found joy in these simple pleasures and shared that joy generously with family and friends.
Nancy's departure leaves a void in the lives of those she touched, but her legacy of love, kindness, and dedication will live on. Her life was a beautiful example of how to care deeply for others, pursue one's passions, and make the world a better place simply by being in it. Nancy will be remembered not only for what she accomplished but for the incredible person she was. Her memory will be cherished and honored by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Services: A Funeral Service will be held at 7 P.M. on Thursday, August 14, 2025, at Cantelmi Long Funeral Home, 500 Linden Street, Bethlehem, PA 18018. Family will receive relatives and friends from 5 P.M. until the time of service. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
