O'Dell W. MacMillan

O'Dell W. MacMillan, 80, of Lititz, PA, passed away peacefully on October 29, 2025. Born in Philadelphia, PA, on October 16, 1945, he was the son of the late Thomas and Josephine (Hoedle) MacMillan. O'Dell had a deep appreciation for history, especially the Civil War, and enjoyed many visits to Gettysburg over the years. He was an avid collector of antiques and historical documents, particularly those featuring presidential signatures. O'Dell cherished his home in the scenic farmland of Lititz, where he found peace and contentment. A lover of music, he especially enjoyed John Lennon and The Beatles and was deeply influenced by the music and culture of the Woodstock era. He was also an enthusiastic reader, loved working on jigsaw puzzles, and was a proud member of the Masonic Order. O'Dell is survived by his nieces and nephews, as well as his grandnieces and grandnephews. He was preceded in death by his siblings, Jolene Dutcher, Bonnie Lombardo, Joyce Petrosky, and Thomas MacMillan. Family and friends are invited to gather for a visitation on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Houck & Gofus Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 955 N. Charlotte St., Pottstown, PA 19464.
