Regina Werkheiser Obituary

Regina Marie Werkheiser, 60, of Orwigsburg, passed away peacefully on Friday, June 20, 2025 at St. Luke's Geisinger - Owigsburg.

Born on July 24, 1964 in Bethlehem, Regina was the daughter of the late Mary (Wambold) Gradwohl.

She was a kind-hearted person who devoted her life to helping others and animals. She loved boating with her fiancé Tom and attending craft shows with her daughter and sister. She was a very talented baker, and would often bake desserts for her friends and family.

Survivors: She will be dearly missed by her fiance, Thomas (Tom) Alakowicz, daughter, Gabrielle Werkheiser, of Northampton; sisters, Judy Snyder/Rothrock (Don), Vanessa Sabatine (Leonard), Brenda Jones (Michael), as well as many nieces, nephews and extended family members

Services: A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, July 18, 2025 at 11:00am in the George G. Bensing Funeral Home, Inc., 2165 Community Drive, Bath, PA 18014. Friends and Relatives are invited to call from 10:00am until 11:00am where a service will begin. Interment will take place privately at the convenience of the family. Online expressions of sympathy may be recorded at: bensingfuneralhome.net. Arrangements and cremation are under the care and direction of the George G. Bensing Funeral Home, Inc. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Regina's name may be offered to Peaceable Kingdom-Lehigh Valley, 1049 MacArthur Rd, Whitehall Township, PA 18052. www.lvpeaceablekingdom.info
