Richard "Rich" Martin

Richard "Rich" Blaine Martin, 63, of Easton, PA, passed away at home on Sunday December 29, 2024 surrounded by his loved ones after a courageous battle with cancer. Born on April 16, 1961, Rich was a beloved son, brother, father, husband, uncle, and friend. He is preceded in death by his parents Elaine (Groner) and George Martin Sr., brother George Martin Jr., sisters Shirley Compton and Cindy Oursler, and mother in law Nancy Oliver. He is survived by his ex-wife Susan Oliver, father in law Douglas Oliver, brother Robert Martin, his daughters and son in laws Marisa and Edward Bellesfield, Ashley and Nickolas Cozza, grandson Ethan Bellesfield, grandbaby Cozza coming July 2025, and many nieces, nephews, and friends whom he all loved dearly. Rich attended Easton Area High School and had so much love for the city of Easton, his hometown. He was a dedicated employee at Weaver Popcorn in recent years. Rich was a proud grandfather who cherished spending time with his grandson and enjoyed attending his sporting events. He had a passion for basketball and was a devoted fan of the Philadelphia Eagles. In his leisure time, Rich enjoyed fishing, spending time with family pets, playing scratch off lottery tickets, and riding motorcycles. He took pleasure in cruising around town in his Ford Mustang and Dodge Challenger. Known for his sense of humor, he loved making family and friends laugh. Rich's presence will be deeply missed, but his memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. The family plans to organize a Celebration of Life for Rich in the near future.
