Ricky George Orlando

Ricky George Orlando, 73, of Reading, PA, passed away on October 15, 2025, at Reading Hospital. He was the husband of Janet Marie (Stalnecker) Orlando, with whom he shared 47 years of marriage. Born in Norristown, PA, on December 29, 1951, Ricky was the son of the late Alexander F. Orlando and Marlyn B. (Hastings) Orlando. Ricky graduated from Pottsgrove High School in 1969 and earned an associate degree from Miami Dade College. He worked as a restaurateur and chef alongside his older brother, Charlie, and sister-in-law, Barbara. His wife, Janet, also worked with them in the family business. Ricky enjoyed spending time outdoors, whether it was rifle hunting, golfing, or deep-sea saltwater fishing, and he especially loved trips to Disney. Ricky will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Janet; his brother, Todd Orlando; and his sister-in-law, Barbara Orlando. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother, Charles Orlando. Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
