Thomas Briner Obituary
Thomas was the beloved father of Saige Clause and the father-in-law of Daniel Clause. He graduated from The Culinary Institute of America and worked in many kitchens across the Lehigh Valley throughout his career, most recently spending 12 years at the Parkland Restaurant.
He will be remembered for his sarcastic humor and sharp wit, as well as his love of the Buffalo Bills, cooking, and golfing.
Thomas is also survived by his parents, William and Diane Briner; his sister, Kimberly Mercado; and his nephew, Sean Weierbach.
