William O'Marah Obituary

William Morris O'Marah, 75, of Zionsville, passed away Sept. 21, 2025 in Lehigh Valley Hospital – Cedar Crest. Born in Ogdensburg, NY, he was the son of the late William and Virginia (Bean) O'Marah. Bill honorably served his country in the Air Force during Vietnam. He was a maintenance worker for ACCO Brands for many years before retiring. Bill enjoyed hunting and fishing on the St. Lawrence, but sports were his life. He was a fan of the Buffalo Bills, NY Mets, and Syracuse. He was a member of Notre Dame Catholic Church, Ogdensburg, NY. Bill is survived by his daughters, Jennifer A. wife of Rob Wilfinger and Danielle wife of Christopher Cooke; granddaughters, Ashley Cooke, Jessica Ryan, and Kursten Cooke; brother, Mike O'Marah and wife Martha. Visitation will take place on Saturday, Oct. 18, 2025 from 10am -12pm with a service afterwards at Frary Funeral Home 515 Caroline St Ogdensburg, NY 13669. Local arrangements are entrusted to Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., Emmaus. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Vietnam Veterans of America, 8719 Colesville Rd., Suite 100, Silver Spring, MD 20910.
