Alexander Franco

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Alexander Franco on January 22, 2025, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, uncle, brother and friend. Alexander's generosity, thoughtfulness, and infectious sense of humor left an unforgettable mark on all who had the privilege of knowing him. He was a devoted employee for Thirty-Four years at Smithfield Company as an IC.
He leaves behind his wife of Fifteen Years: Leidy Franco, his Children: Alex Jose, Betzaida, Jenny and Maicol, Eleven Grandchildren, his Siblings: Miguel, Ismael, Elvira and Melvin. Alexander was the youngest of Five children. He also leaves a host of family and friends.
Alexander was predeceased by his parents: Jose Angel Franco and America Ortiz.
A viewing for Alexander Franco will be held on Wednesday, January 29, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, at Puerta Del Cielo® Funeral Home, located at 730 State Street, Springfield, MA., followed by his burial at Oak Grove Cemetery of Springfield Inc., located at 426 Bay Street, Springfield, Massachusetts.
