NEW BRITAIN Alexandro Enrique Martinez "Beloved son, brother, nephew, partner & friend" Alexandro Enrique Martinez, 34 of New Britain, passed away unexpectedly on Friday September 26, 2025, at The Hospital of Central Connecticut in New Britain. He was the longtime companion of his beloved girlfriend Yajaira Caraballo, "His Queen", of New Britian. Alex, aka Lex, was born in Waterbury on February 14, 1991. He currently worked at Nefco HQ in East Hartford. Alex enjoyed camping and being under the stars. He would light up the room with his humor, bringing a smile to your face; pure light. He was taken from us too soon, leaving a void that cannot be filled. His smile, laughter, energy and loving heart will be truly missed. We love you to the moon and back; until we meet again. Alex leaves behind to cherish his memory his parents Linda and Rene Villa "Pops" of Winsted, Christine and Jose Martinez of South Carolina, his beloved siblings, Jasmine Martinez of Naugatuck, Raymond Villa of Florida, Cynthia Villa of Winsted, and Gabriel Martinez of Massachusetts. He also leaves behind many loving Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and countless friends. Arrangements: Calling hours for Alexandro will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Chase Parkway Memorial, The Albini Family Funeral Home, 430 Chase Parkway, Waterbury, with a Prayer Service at the conclusion of the calling hours at 7:00 p.m., Friday evening. All are welcome to gather at Chase Parkway Memorial, Saturday morning at 9:30 a.m., for a Prayer Service at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at New Pine Grove Cemetery in Waterbury.
