May God give you rest, Anne, after a long life of serving others. You are missed but not forgotten. I remember a moment years ago when I wanted to bring a famous writer to campus and you preferred another. Without conflict, we got both. But that is not all: You did simple things like this for so many. With warmest wishes of our memories of you.

A fantastic writing professor and a huge influence on many of us students. She also had a warm and disarming approach that we appreciated. She is remembered and missed by many.
