Crystal Belmonte Obituary

Crystal Marie Belmonte of Kilauea, Hawaii, passed away on August 29, 2024 at home in Kilauea, Kauai at the age of 58 with family by her side. She was born on November 12, 1965 on Oahu, Hawaii to the late Marjorie Noblisse and James Borges. Crystal is survived by husband, Eric Belmonte of Hawaii, daughter, Heidi Sur (Shaun) of Kilauea, Stepmom, Yvonne Borges of Wailua, and Siblings; Michael Borges (Dianne) of North Carolina, Russell Borges of Oahu, Paul Borges (Jodi) of Oahu, Denise Aoki (Urban) of Lihue, and John Borges of Oahu along with three grandsons; Steven, Ethan, Isaiah and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunties and uncles. Crystal was a cashier at Kilauea Market and most recently at Papaya's Health Food Store. She loved her family, friends and going to the beach. Crystal was known as "Aunty Booney" to all the kids she would encounter. Family and friends are invited to meet and attend a graveside service on Thursday May 1, 2025 at 10:15 AM in All Saints Cemetery, 700 Middletown Ave., North Haven CT. Please go directly to the cemetery office. All services are under the care of the Clancy-Palumbo Funeral Home, East Haven CT.
