Darrell W. Blank Sr.

Darrell W. Blank Sr., 85, of Wallingford, husband of the late Patricia (Eldridge) Blank, passed away October 20, 2025 at Connecticut Hospice. Darrell was born in McKeesport, PA on April 6, 1940, a son of the late Francis and Irene (McLain) Blank. Darrell enjoyed working for Stop & Shop as a truck driver for many years and received many safe driving awards while doing so up until his retirement. Darrell is survived by his children; Darrell Blank Jr and his wife, Robin, Lori Erdos and her husband, Robert, and Michael Blank and his wife, Lori; his grandchildren, Darrell Blank III, Ryan Blank, Jennifer Mendoza, Jeffrey Blank, Nicole Worflar, Kristen Erdos, Natalie MacFarlane, Katie Esposito, Jacob Blank, Travis Blank, and Christopher Blank; his great grandchildren Savannah, Ryan Jr, Darrell IV, Lilly, and Evie. Darrell is predeceased by his brothers, Francis Blank, Nicholas Blank and his sister, LaVera Johns.
