David Houck Obituary

West Springfield-David E. Houck passed away on March 7, 2025. Born in Salem, MA on June 11, 1964 to Fred and Sarah "Sally" (Bailey) Houck, he was 60 years old. He served 3 years in the US Marine Corps before working as a Seles Representative for various companies, primarily in the home improvement industry. David loved music and played the guitar and piano. He enjoyed volunteering and brightened the days of residents of assisted living facilities by playing music for them. He lived in Amherst before moving to West Springfield several years ago. David is survived by his loving son and daughter Enders Houck and Katherine Houck, his sister Charlotte Mullen and her husband Bob, and brother Brent Freedland and his wife Abby and several nieces and nephews. A Committal Service is scheduled for 10:30am on March 15, 2025 at the Wildwood Cemetery in Amherst. All services were entrusted to Toomey-O'Brien Funeral Home.

So sorry I missed the services. Just heard about Dave's passing. Dave worked with me for many years helping run our photo booths and of course, playing guitar. He will be missed.
