Celebration of Life Tuesday, April 8, 2025 | 11:00 A.M. Curvin K. Council Funeral Home 128 Dwight Street New Haven, CT Burial Beaverdale Memorial Park in New Haven With grace and peace, Jacqueline Flanagan, affectionately known as Jackie, passed away on the morning of Thursday, March 27, 2025, at Yale-New Haven Hospital in New Haven, CT. Born on July 4, 1950, in Mt. Olive, North Carolina, Jackie was the beloved daughter of the late Charles and Virginia Flanagan. At the age of seven, she moved with her family to Connecticut, where she built a life filled with love, purpose, and dedication. Jackie pursued her education in New Haven County before earning her degree from the University of Connecticut. Her career was dedicated to service, spending her professional life at the American Red Cross in various capacities, where her hard work and commitment contributed significantly to the organization's success and its impact on the community. She leaves behind her devoted sister, Regina S. Flanagan, along with a host of loving cousins, relatives, and dear friends who will cherish her memory. Jackie's kindness, warmth, and dedication to others will forever be remembered in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. A celebration of Jackie's life will take place on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. at Curvin K. Council Funeral Home, 128 Dwight Street, New Haven. She will be laid to rest at Beaverdale Memorial Park in New Haven.
