Jason D. "Jay" Pardew

Jason D. Pardew - known to everyone who loved him as Jay - passed away unexpectedly on October 7, 2025. He was the son of Sandy Pardew, and Arthur (Donna) Pardew; brother to Arthur and to his sister, the late, Michelle; and the proud father of Sheridan Robbins and Sydney Robbins. Jay was loved and cherished by countless friends who will forever remember his relentless passion for life and that unmistakable spark that made every moment unforgettable. He lived with a vengeance of spirit - the kind that demanded life be lived all the way. His contagious enthusiasm, quick wit, boundless humor, and love for adventure lit up every room he entered. It's a little dimmer now without him. A talented drummer, dedicated gamer, master archer, experienced skydiver, and loyal protector of animals, Jay was a man of many passions. He loved a good cocktail, a great conversation, and the endless beauty of the ocean. He had a gift for lifting spirits - of strangers and friends alike - and he did it with laughter, love, and that unforgettable "Heyyy!!!" Jay had a sharp mind and a strong will. He was always ready for good-natured banter, especially when it came to his beliefs or a favorite comic or movie quote - which he somehow always managed to work into everyday conversation. He valued dignity, respect, and living authentically, and he held those ideals close. Those who knew Jay knew a man who was reflective, loyal, and fiercely supportive. His soundtrack was equal parts Lovely Day, Party Jay, and pure metal - a mix that, like him, was bold, full of life, and impossible to forget. Jay's laughter, love, and larger-than-life energy will be deeply missed. To those lucky enough to have shared time, music, mischief, or a drink with him - raise your glass and say it one more time, in his honor: To you, Jay - thank you for the memories.
