Jeffrey Amengual Obituary

Jeffrey Amengual, 56, of the Bronx, NY died suddenly at Lincoln Hospital in the Bronx on Thursday, May 29, 2025. Jeffrey was born in the Bronx on June 14, 1968, a son of Rafael Amengual and Iris Violet (Cruz) González of Jensen Beach, FL. Jeffery was a former Electrical Inspector and Technician for MET/Con-Edison of New York City. Jeffrey was a charismatic and very kind man. He enjoyed reading, and teaching people. He was a musician that played guitar and wrote his own music. He will be remembered for how he always went above and beyond to care for those he loved. He will be very missed by all who loved him. Jeffrery is also survived by his fiancé with whom he resided, Jeannie Julia Rodríguez, his daughter Alexandra Pombo of New Jersey, two grandchildren, Madison Luna and Johnathan Mejia, Jr., and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Jeffery's family will receive relatives and friends on Friday, June 13th from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Washington Memorial Funeral Home, 4 Washington Ave., North Haven, CT. His funeral cortege will depart the funeral home on Saturday, June 14th at 9:30 a.m. for a Mass of Christian Burial which will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. in St. Therese Church (St. Elizabeth of the Trinity Parish), 555 Middletown Ave., North Haven.
