Jose Antonio Hernandez, 93, beloved father of Norma Rosado-Javier, departed this life peacefully on Sunday, October 5, 2025. Born in Caguas, Puerto Rico, on February 28, 1932, he was the only child of Emilia Cotto and Antonio Hernandez.
