Matthew Feichtner Obituary

Matthew W. Feichtner, age 61, of Woodbridge, CT passed away September 27, 2025 at his residence. Born in Philadelphia, PA on April 23, 1964, he was a son of the late Eugene and Rosemary (Kerrisk) Feichtner. Matthew is survived by his wife, Ellen (Woolf) Feichtner; his son, Daniel Feichtner of Woodbridge; brother, Eugene W. Feichtner of Indiana; sisters, Rosemary Weber of Indiana, Libby Misciagna of North Carolina, and Maria Taylor of Pennsylvania; and several nieces and nephews. Matthew was predeceased by his brothers, Mark and Andrew Feichtner. Matthew earned a degree in Construction Management from Purdue University in Indiana. He was formerly employed by the Turner Construction Company, the Greenwich Hospital, where he rebuilt the entire campus, and he subsequently worked for Kohler Ronan Engineers. Living in the Indianapolis area during his early years, he became an Indy 500 race fan, always attending that event, and was an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan. Funeral Service will be private.
