In Loving Memory of Our Friend, Mike Liso
Today we remember and celebrate the life of an extraordinary man - a firefighter, a friend, and a soul whose courage burned as bright as the fires he fought. Mike Liso wasn´t just a hero in uniform; he was a man of heart, laughter, and unshakable faith.
He faced danger not with fear, but with purpose - to protect, to serve, and to love. Every call he answered, every life he touched, was a testament to his devotion to others. When the world was dark and filled with smoke, Mike brought light. When people were afraid, Mike brought calm. And when life grew heavy, he lifted others with his humor and his boundless love for family and friends.
He lived for his loved ones - his family was his anchor, his greatest pride, and his deepest joy. Whether sharing a meal, a story, or a smile, he made every moment sacred.
As we grieve, we also give thanks for the time God allowed us to walk beside him. Mike taught us what it means to be brave, to be kind, and to live every day with purpose and heart.
"Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one´s life for one´s friends."
- John 15:13
Mike, your strength, laughter, and love will never fade. Your spirit lives on in every flame you extinguished and every heart you touched.
May God´s eternal peace welcome you home, brave friend.
And may your family find comfort in knowing that your light will forever shine - not only in heaven but in all of us who were blessed to know you.
Rest in eternal peace, Hero.
With Love,
Charlie Farricielli and Family
