Monkevius Romone Wallace

Monkevius Romone Wallace, affectionately known as "KeeKee," passed away peacefully on October 21, 2025, at St. Francis Hospital. He was a beloved son, father, brother, companion, and friend whose light and love will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew him. Born with a generous spirit and a heart full of love, Monkevius dedicated his life to his family and friends. His laughter, kindness, and strength touched everyone he encountered. He will be remembered for his warm smile, his sense of humor, and his unwavering devotion to those closest to him. Monkevius leaves to cherish his memory his three beloved children - Monkevius Wallace Jr., Makayla Nicole Wallace, and Makai Romone Wallace - who were the pride and joy of his life. He is also survived by his loving parents, Carrie Sparks and George Wallace Jr.; his devoted siblings, Kim Studstill, Arkeshia Dizaar, Shavoyteay Sparks, and thirteen other siblings; and his cherished companion, Geneva Cobbs. He will be deeply missed by his nephews, Ricky Hamlet Jr. and Kaharee Sparks; his nieces, Michaela Dizaar and Madisen Dizaar; and he is reunited in eternal rest with his niece, Mackenzie Dizaar, who preceded him in death. Known by many as "KeeKee," Monkevius had a host of extended family members and countless friends who were like family. His presence enriched every room he entered, and though his earthly journey has ended, his love and legacy will continue to shine in the hearts of all who knew him. A Celebration of Life will be held at The Lodge Community Chapel, 130 Deerfield Road, Windsor, Connecticut, on Monday, November 10, 2025, at 11:00 am, the family will receive friends from 10:00 am-11:00 am.
