Orlando Ortiz Obituary

Orlando Cintrón Ortíz, 70, of New Haven, CT died suddenly at his home on Friday, April 4, 2025. Orlando was born in Juana Díaz, Puerto Rico on December 7, 1954, son of the late Luciano Cintrón and the late Iris Margot Ortíz, and had resided in New Haven for the past twenty years.
He is survived by two sisters, Elisa Cintrón and Norma Rodríguez of New Haven, two brothers, Angel Luís Cintrón and Arturo (Cruzita Morales) Pagán of Tampa, FL, and many loving nieces and nephews, including Julio Morales of Brooksville, FL, Norma Morales of New Haven and Luís Morales of Hartford. He was predeceased by his brother William Cintrón.
Orlando's family will receive relatives and friends on Thursday, April 10th from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Washington Memorial Funeral Home, 4 Washington Ave., North Haven. A funeral service will take place at the funeral home on Friday, April 11th at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow in Centerville Cemetery, Hamden. washingtonmemorialfh.com
