Ralph J. Pagliuca

Ralph J. Pagliuca, 78, of North Haven passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 8th, 2025, at Yale-New Haven Hospital with his family by his side. He was the husband of the late Carol (Gaetano) Pagliuca. Ralph was born in New Haven on May 30th, 1947, and was the son of the late Alfred and Madeline (Pascale) Pagliuca. Ralph was a retired truck driver for Blakeslee, Arpaia & Chapman and a proud member of Local Union 443. After retirement he drove for Demar's Landscaping. He was a member of the Society of Santa Maria Maddalena, New Haven. He also served his country faithfully in the US Army during the Vietnam era. Ralph had a love for fireworks. He was a licensed pyrotechnician for the Zambelli Family in PA. Throughout his many years shooting firework shows, he formed many strong bonds with people who shared the same passion. During his spare time he enjoyed watching NASCAR, and spending time with his loved ones and friends. He leaves behind his daughters Kimberly Anastasio and Tracy (Anastasio) Lawless (Joe Fratta), grandchildren, Arianna, Rafe, Xander, Cody, Alexis, Thomas, Brianna and Robert. sister's Carol D'Auria (Alfonse) and the late Angela Spinelli. Also survived by his loving companion Teresa Proto along with her daughters Michelle, Lori and their families; his former son-in-law Todd Lawless; niece Jacci, nephew Christopher and many cousins and friends. The visiting hours will be Thursday, June 12th from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at The Havens Family North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated in St. Elizabeth of the Trinity Parish at St. Therese Church, 555 Middletown Avenue, North Haven on Friday morning, June 13th at 10:00.
