Charles Cantrell Obituary

Charles Edward "Chuck" Cantrell II, 69 of LaGrange, Missouri passed away Tuesday, September 16, 2025 at his home in LaGrange. The son of Paul and Laura Inez (Belk) Cantrell was born on May 27, 1956 in Kentucky. He served in the U.S. Army for over 40 years as a helicopter mechanic. He liked motorcycles, especially Harley-Davidsons. He was a gun enthusiast and liked to collect knick-knacks and go hunting. He is survived by his three daughters, Amanda Cantrell of Newark, Mo., Stephanie Cantrell of Edina, Mo. and BeLinda (Terry) Russell of Quincy, Il.; six grandchildren, Celestial Cantrell, Floyd Miller, Lydia Miller, Baila Miller, Jaden McPherson and Kalayla Swango; a great-great grandson, Zayden Carlton. He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, Paula Smith and a brother, Thomas Cantrell. Visitation will be held Tuesday, September 23, 2025 from 5 until 7 PM at Arnold's Funeral Home in Lewistown, Missouri. Inurnment with military honors will be in the Missouri Veterans Cemetery at Jacksonville, Missouri on Wednesday, October 1, 2025 at 1:00 PM. Memorials may be made to the donor's choice.
