Christy's love for adventure knew no bounds. She was a true daredevil, with zip lining and whitewater rafting being among her favorite pursuits. An incredible artist, Christy, enjoyed painting and making jeweled frames. Her pencil sketches were a testament to her attention to detail, and her painted wall murals transformed ordinary spaces into extraordinary places. In addition to her artistic talents, Christy had a magical touch when it came to baking. Her birthday and wedding cakes were edible masterpieces, lovingly decorated and crafted to bring joy to all of life's celebrations. She enjoyed playing card games, working jigsaw puzzles, and playing Tri-Ominos. Christy truly enjoyed feeding and admiring the variety of birds that visited her yard daily, especially enjoying the Turtle Doves. She also loved her house pets immensely, Bb the cat and King the dog. Friday nights found Christy at Fiddlestik's, surrounded by friends and reveling in the simple pleasure of good company, laughter, and a delicious meal. A talented musician, Christy played the piano and was a songwriter. She enjoyed playing in the praise and worship bands at the church she attended and being a part of the music ministry. With her husband, Robert, they recorded music and traveled all over with their evangelistic ministry. Most of all, Christy treasured the moments spent with her family and grandchildren. Her memory will be cherished, and her spirit will continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to know her.
Christy's love for her faith was unmatched, she attended First Assembly of God Church, Tabernacle of Praise, Standing on the Rock, and Faith Chapel.
