Arrangements for cremation are under the direction of the James O'Donnell Funeral Home of Hannibal, MO.
Ronald was born on July 31, 1952, in Pittsfield, IL to Forrest and Dora McLaughlin Davis.
He was married on November 16, 2024, to Brenda Treaster Smith. She survives.
Other survivors include two stepchildren: Deana James (Byron) of Hannibal, MO and Daniel Smith (Tisha) of Hannibal, MO; one brother, Dennis Davis (Amy) of Hannibal, MO; one sister, Lois Casto of Hannibal, MO and five grandchildren: Autymn James, Carlee McCoy, Wyatt James, Ryker Smith and Zander Smith.
Ronald was preceded in death by his parents.
Serving in the United States Marine Corps, Ronald was a veteran of the Vietnam War.
Ronald was a retired truck driver.
