Anne Cote Obituary

Anne Theresa Cote, 62, passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, August 8, surrounded by her loving children, after a long illness. Born in Haverhill on June 17, 1963, Anne was raised in Groveland and was the daughter of the late Gerard and Marcella (McCarron) Cote. She attended Groveland schools and graduated from Pentucket Regional High School. She went on to study at Plymouth State College and the Whittier Vo-Tech School of Practical Nursing. Anne dedicated 39 years to a compassionate career in nursing. She was predeceased by her parents and her sister, Tara Mahoney. Anne is survived by her best work - her children: Daniel A. Scheidegger and Patrick T. Scheidegger, both of Haverhill, and Cathleen B. Scheidegger of Bradford. She also leaves behind her brothers, Patrick P. Cote and his partner, Dale A. Lumbra of Haverhill, and Michael L. Cote and his wife, Katherine of Amesbury; her niece, Vanessa Gelinas and her husband, Derek of Hooksett, along with their three children-Anne's great-niece and nephews: Kaylee, Asher, and August; and her nephew, Tharen Cote. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her Funeral Mass on Wednesday, August 20th at 11:00 a.m. at St. Patrick Church in Groveland. Arrangements are in the care of H.L. Farmer & Sons Funeral Homes, Bradford – Haverhill. The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to the Beth Israel Lahey Health Oncology Department for their dedicated care and support throughout the years.
