Daniel Pond Obituary

HAVERHILL – Daniel C. Pond, Jr., 87, passed away peacefully on September 19, 2025 at his home in Haverhill. Daniel was born in Newburyport on January 17, 1938; he was the son of Daniel C. Pond, Sr. and Isabelle (Ross) Packer. Over the years Daniel worked for the Bill Burr Carnival as a High Wire Specialist, for Mencis Realty, and also locally as a handyman and painter. Daniel is survived by his sons Daniel Calderwood, his wife Lori of Seabrook and their children Ashley Calderwood and Amy Calderwood Casey; Michael Pond, Sr. and his wife Bethany of Haverhill and their children Kasey Pond, Michael Pond, Jr., Angel Wallace, Tyler Woolf, Lucas Woolf, and Jonah Woolf; his daughters Brenda Bermudez of Keene, NH and her son Krys Adams; and Jennifer Lapre and her significant other Jamie Bilodeau of Berlin, NH and their children Kayla Lapre, James Lapre, Brianna Mitchell and Adeline Bilodeau. He also leaves behind his siblings Raymond Pond, Sharon Cassidy, Walter Pond, Diane Terrio, Shelly Lamothe, Evelyn Beausoleil, Russel Packer and Richard Packer. 14 great grandchildren and #15 due in October. He was predeceased by his wife Nancy (Butterworth) Pond; and siblings Norman Pond, Ronald Pond, Donna Packer, and Susan Jackman. Arrangements are under the care of the Kevin B.
