John Paszko Obituary
Hudson, NH: John S. Paszko, 69, of Hudson and formerly of Atkinson, NH and Haverhill, MA, died suddenly on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center in Nashua.
Born in Haverhill, MA, he was the son of the late Joseph and Cecile (Lemire) Paszko, and was also predeceased by a brother, Joseph J. Paszko. John attended Haverhill Schools and was a member of the Haverhill High School Class of 1973. He received his degree in English and Economics from Bates College in 1977. John retired in 2018 from ADP as Client Services Manager and had previously worked at Putnam Investments.
A devoted husband, father and grandfather, John most enjoyed spending time with his family. A resident of Hudson for the past eleven years He was a former member of The Haverhill Exchange Club and Saint Anne's Parish of Hampstead, NH.
A member of the G.W.R.R.A. John enjoyed many years riding his motorcycles and driving his Porsche. An avid Red Sox, Patriots and Celtics fan, John had many other interests including travel, the stock market, politics, music, biking, walking, golfing and sailing. In his younger years, he raced his mini-cup car that he built and he enjoyed watching Formula One racing.
John will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his devoted wife Marjorie Elizabeth "Liz" (Hallerbach) Paszko, with whom he recently celebrated forty-five years of marriage, his son and daughter-in-law, Christopher J. and Becca M. Paszko of Hanover, MA, and two grandsons, Kam and Milo, who lovingly knew him as G. He will also be missed by his large extended family and many friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to calling hours to be held on Sunday, May 11, 2025, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Berube-Comeau Funeral Home, 47 Broadway, Haverhill, MA. His funeral will begin on Monday morning at 9:30 a.m. from the funeral home with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. in Saint Anne Parish Church, Emerson Avenue, Hampstead, NH. Burial will follow in Saint Patrick's Cemetery, Haverhill, MA. In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial donations be made to Joslin Diabetes Center, 1 Joslin Place, Boston, MA, from which John received great care.
