Chuck was a neighbor and a friend growing up. We played together, fished in our pond and it taught me about bee keeping in 4-H. His Mom and Dad were surly proud of his accomplishments in life.

Gerry, Ted,Trish and families-
We're so sorry for your loss. I'll never forget all his corny jokes, trips to Washington DC, current river, Canada, the classroom, student council and finally the bus barn. He was always a kind and compassionate man. Thanks for being such a great friend and mentor. He WILL be missed!

Mr Radel was my 7th grade homeroom teacher. He was such a nice man. Thoughts and prayers sent to the family.

I had the great good fortune to meet Chuck when he decided to bring young people to Quetico in Canada. Over 30 years, he brought so many to this unique place. His energy, smarts, and drive had such a long lasting impact on myself and many others. He was a hero to me. Like a brother. He led a complete Christian life of service and discovery for others. My heart goes out to Gerry, Ted, Trish and the grandkids. All of Quincy mourn his passing.
