Dear Tanna, Mary, and family--I was deeply saddened to read of Dan's death. He was a wonderful guy and he will be missed very much. I am sorry that I will be out of town for the visitation and the funeral. Please accept my condolences.

Dan was a great friend to mom and dad. Each time I would visit him with mom, he would have a new story about some travels he had just experienced. He also made the effort to take mom to Mass a few times, which I greatly appreciated. May the angels welcome him into paradise!
