Jesse L. "Jiggs" Lucas, 84, of Hannibal, Mo., passed away at 9:30 AM, Monday, October 20, 2025, at Luther Manor Nursing Center in Hannibal, Mo. Graveside Services and Burial will be at 10 a.m., Thursday, October 23, 2025, at Fairview Cemetery in Frankford, Mo. The family is being served by the James O'Donnell Funeral Home in Hannibal, MO.

Growing up I couldn´t wait to go see aunt Linda and uncle jiggs. They had a big swimming pool I´m guessing the only one in Frankford ,the fastest go cart I´ve been on and a pool table that was uncle jiggs way of kicking your butt and keeping you in line. A solid man I´ll miss uncle jiggs but I know his last breath here was his first breath with aunt Linda waiting on him for all eternity
