Russell "Rusty" Clyde Miller, 60, of Quincy, passed away Thursday, September 18, 2025, at Blessing Hospital in Quincy, IL. Friends and Family are invited to Rusty's Life Celebration at a visitation that will be Saturday, September 27, 2025, from 10 am to 11 am at O'Donnell-Cookson Life Celebration Home in Quincy, IL. A Memorial Ceremony will follow at 11 am. Burial will follow at Greenmount Cemetery in Quincy, IL.
